Like a home from home the hosts couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. Room very clean and little extras like toiletries, tea and coffee facilities leather sofa and a small fridge with water are really appreciated. We will definitely be returning in future. Diane - United Kingdom

This is the first time we have stayed at the Smugglers haunt although we have visited Brixham many times, but what a delightful find this hotel was. Tucked away on Church hill this delightful hotel is perfectly located. The hotel has been taken over recently and is aspiring to become one of Brixhams recognised and recommended hotels. The new owners and the staff are very friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great, great couple of days, wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be going back, a great weekend break.LazzerBristol
A warm welcome from the hosts who have worked their socks off in the last 6 months totally refurbishing this hotel - and a very fine job they've done too. We stayed in a very comfortable and very clean twin room en suite and were mighty impressed with the shared facilities - the bar, lounge and dining room - also newly and beautifully refurbished. The quality breakfast is cooked to order. The hotel is very centrally located but there is no parking. We used the harbour long stay car park which was only a couple of minutes walk away and cost £20 for 3 days. I'd definitely stay here again.Layla - London
